One may feel \u201ctoo big\u201d or \u201ctoo small\u201d for one&#8217;s life, carrying a burden that does not belong to us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These mechanisms operate below awareness, but they have a real and profound impact on our ability to live fully.<\/p>\n<h2>How do constellations reveal hidden dynamics?<\/h2>\n<p>The power of family constellations lies in their ability to make visible what is invisible. Through the representation of the family system in space (with people in presence or with symbolic online tools), the information field is activated and hidden dynamics emerge in a tangible way.<\/p>\n<p>The process of revelation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Staging the system:<\/strong> The client brings an issue or problem. Representatives (people, objects, sheets) are chosen for key system members related to the theme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The field comes alive:<\/strong> Representatives (or objects\/sheets) are arranged in the space. Surprisingly, they begin to hear or show information about the real people they represent and the relationships between them. Emotions, physical sensations, movement impulses emerge from the field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reading dynamics:<\/strong> The conductor observes positions, interactions between representatives, and feelings that emerge. Together with the client, we read the hidden dynamics: who is excluded, who carries a burden not their own, where love flows or does not flow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dissolution movements:<\/strong> Guided by the conductor, one rehearses phrases or postures that honor the past, acknowledge the excluded and allow love to flow again according to the \u201cOrders.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is often an intense and transformative experience because it allows one to see <strong>the \u201ctruth\u201d of the system beyond personal stories<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Recognizing These \u201cSecrets\u201d is Liberating?<\/h2>\n<p>Bringing hidden dynamics to light is not an end in itself; it is the first, crucial step toward liberation.
