• Wound Awareness: Identify the emotional wounds, unresolved traumas and repetitive patterns that limit your current life.
• Root exploration: Looking at how these wounds are connected to your personal history and the inherited dynamics of your family system (as explored in the constellations).
• Integration of the shadow: Embracing and integrating the parts of you that have been repressed or disowned (as in the alchemical process of Nigredo, the dark and dissolving phase) to recover energy and authenticity.
• Energy and emotional transformation: Use specific practices to release blocked energy in the body and energy field, allowing emotions to flow freely.
• Reconnect with the soul: Establish deeper contact with your most authentic and luminous essence, your “inner gold” (the Rubedo phase, the alchemical gilding).

• Purification and enlightenment (Albedo): Actively release blocked emotions, purify the energy field and gain new awareness. This is the stage when light begins to penetrate the darkness.
• Integration and coagulation (Rubedo): Integrating the newfound parts of yourself, the new consciousnesses and the liberated energies. It is the stage when the “new self” coagulates and manifests itself.
• Realization and flourishing (Citinitas/Auredo): Living your life from a place of greater integrity, freedom and authenticity, manifesting your inner “gold” in relationships, work and your overall well-being. It is the stage of flowering and realization.

This process is not linear and requires commitment, but it leads to deep liberation and a new quality of being.
